• All tags and packaging must be intact
• A valid unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery

This helps us ensure a smooth and fair resolution process.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To raise a return request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

• The sealed package before opening
• The condition of the product upon opening

Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

4. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share your order details along with the unboxing video
• Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

5. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Size or fit issues
• Change of mind
• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
