To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid unboxing video is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth return process, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The product condition immediately after opening

Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order details and unboxing video
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, exchanges are not available.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
